Mezzanine and Structured Debt

CapitalGroup provides mezzanine debt facilities across all real estate sectors, from land subdivisions to commercial and retail developments. By combining careful structuring and our relationship with senior debt lenders, we can secure 100% funding for projects.

Equity Co-Investment

CapitalGroup can provide early phase funding for projects with more front-end risk. These projects may require council consents, sales/leasing, or construction contracts before development funding can be obtained.

First Mortgage Managers Ltd

In 2019 CapitalGroup acquired 100% of the shares for First Mortgage Managers Limited (FMML). FMML is responsible for two group investment funds that form the First Mortgage Trust - New Zealand’s largest non-bank first mortgage lender.
