CapitalGroup can provide early phase funding for projects with more front-end risk. These projects may require council consents, sales/leasing, or construction contracts before development funding can be obtained.
First Mortgage Managers Ltd
In 2019 CapitalGroup acquired 100% of the shares for First Mortgage Managers Limited (FMML). FMML is responsible for two group investment funds that form the First Mortgage Trust - New Zealand’s largest non-bank first mortgage lender.
